Born in London in 1990 and based in Paris, Diane Mironesco has been specializing in editorial content creation and bilingual storytelling for the past fourteen years. She founded Studio Piumo because she loves telling stories, particularly those of avant-garde artists, craftsmen with centuries-old skills and imaginative creators, and is interested in a wide variety of subjects, especially what connects them.

An art lover, literature enthusiast, entrepreneur at heart and a sharp writer, Diane Mironesco studied communications at Lancaster University and cultural and creative industries at King's College London. Having cut her teeth in the fashion industry, working for major luxury names (Valentino, Donna Karan New York), art galleries (Saatchi Gallery) and the finest crafts (Fort Royal), she is convinced that she wants to work for talented artists and craft-makers. Designers, architects, master glassmakers or chefs... they all share a taste for beauty and excellence.

She then set about creating the first gastronomic delivery service to offer meals by talented young chefs to Parisians (CityChef), and to promote them to a demanding public. After two years as a copywriter in Berlin for an online art brand (Juniqe), where she honed her writing skills on long-form articles, and five years as communications director for a Paris art gallery (K+Y Contemporary Art), Diane set up Studio Piumo to help artists, craftspeople, designers, galleries and institutions promote their talent and know-how.
